Yeouido Burger: Eggslut
Hi everyone, Bearppu here!
When it comes to food my partner and I frequently enjoy, burgers and sandwiches are always on the menu.
Today, I’d like to introduce a delicious place we stopped by after work.
It’s a popular spot at The Hyundai Seoul:
we recently visited ‘Eggslut Yeouido branch’🌸
Every time I came to The Hyundai Seoul, I told myself I had to check this place out, and I finally made my first visit today! 👍
The store is conveniently located on Basement 1 (B1), making it easy to find.
I rushed over right after work, arriving around 5:30 PM, but I noticed it started getting incredibly crowded from around 6 PM.

It’s an open-concept layout. You can see the staff cooking right behind the counter. It just makes you feel so much more confident and at ease!

The Truffle Chicken Burger and Avo-Bacon Salad were prominently featured with large photos right at the entrance. They also had the Slut Duoback, which really caught my eye!

The salted chocolate chip cookies looked incredibly delicious, and right beside them, the biscuits were also visually stunning. It was the kind of place where everything looked so tempting that I wanted to order and try even all the side dishes.
The seating area offered private tables with tall chairs, and right beside them, communal tables were also available.

Here’s the menu! 🍀
They had an incredible variety of burgers.
They also had combo meals, including the ‘Variety Set’.

Ta-da! Here’s our dinner! It arrived in a paper box, along with a Coke Zero.

Fairfax with Beef Patty – 11,800 KRW
First up, let me show you what my friend picked!
This price includes an extra beef patty added to the original Fairfax.
After all, if something’s delicious, you’ve gotta add more, right? 🩷

The bun is wonderfully thick and pillowy. Give it a gentle squeeze and you’ll immediately feel just how soft and resilient it is. Eggslut uses animal welfare eggs, and the egg portion was just as fluffy and incredibly delicious – unbelievably soft!

The combination was absolute perfection: cheddar cheese with an amazing spicy kick, caramelized onions, and beef, all layered over sriracha mayo sauce. ⭐️ Adding the beef, in particular, was an absolute stroke of genius! ♡ Once that thick, juicy meat hits your tongue, the flavor is truly indescribable. It’s seriously good! 😉

Bacon Egg & Cheese 8,800
As a bacon lover, this was my pick!
It was packed with plenty of smoked bacon, perfectly cooked until crispy.
The texture was absolutely fantastic!
I was really pleased with both the generous portion and the savory flavor! 🥰
I was so excited by its hearty appearance! And just as I’d hoped, they were ethically sourced eggs with a perfectly runny yolk. It was light and savory, and it paired so well with the cheddar cheese! 😘
I pressed it harder, and doesn’t it look so springy and fluffy?💓
With such a rich buttery aroma, even eating the bun on its own was wonderfully rich and delicious💙
What I especially loved was the chipotle ketchup on the cheese. It had a much more intense flavor than regular ketchup. The sweet and tangy taste it added to the burger made it perfectly enjoyable without any greasiness whatsoever! 🌟
I took a more detailed video of our dinner’s appearance. One per person was a perfectly satisfying amount! 😁

A completely cleared tray! 😂
What a satisfying meal, devoured right after rushing home from work 🪻
It was simple, delicious, and felt like I was taking care of my health too, which made me feel so good!
For those who work in Yeouido or live nearby, this spot is perfect for both dates and casual meetings. It’s also great for takeout! Given its healthy burger feel, I definitely plan on visiting often in the future. Next time, I’m eager to try their limited-time menu! 🌼
