Sharosu-gil’s Daily Oasis: The Perfect Cafe for Your Next Date

My partner and I were on a date in Sharosu-gil, and we suddenly got a craving for something sweet. So, we stopped by a cafe there.
This is our review of Daily Oasis Sharosu-gil branch! 😍
I was incredibly excited because this cafe is famous for its amazing Instagrammable vibe! I particularly had my heart set on trying their seasonal strawberry soufflé. If you’re looking for a cafe with a great atmosphere and delicious desserts near Seoul National University Station, I highly recommend this spot!
Daily Oasis Cafe, Sharosu-gil: Location and How to Get There
Sharosu-gil Daily Oasis is really close to Exits 1 and 2 of Seoul National University Station! It’s just a short walk away. It feels like discovering a little oasis in the middle of the city! It’s the perfect place to meet up near Seoul National University Station, and with lots of great restaurants and shopping spots nearby, it’s ideal for a date.
Sharosu-gil Cafe Daily Oasis: Atmosphere and Interior Design
Daily Oasis was just as beautiful on the inside as it was on the outside! It had a bright, warm, and incredibly cozy atmosphere. The cream-toned walls, vibrant green plants, and adorable little decorative items scattered everywhere were all so pretty. Perhaps because the first floor features an open kitchen, it felt even more neatly organized!
The tables were generously spaced, allowing us to chat comfortably without feeling crowded by other guests. My partner and I settled into the plush sofa seats, and it was so comfortable that we didn’t feel any discomfort even after sitting for a long time. Upstairs, I noticed there are many tables, and they even have a “cave room” (for groups). It looks like a great spot for conversations!
Sharosu-gil Cafe Daily Oasis: Menu Introduction
Daily Oasis boasts an incredible variety of drinks and desserts, making it delightfully difficult to choose! When we visited, it was strawberry season, so there was a huge selection of strawberry-themed menu items. These included Strawberry Cake, “Ttalgi Mureosseum” (a unique strawberry latte featuring cream, fresh strawberries, and cookies), and Strawberry Dutch Baby, among many other heart-fluttering options that would make any strawberry lover’s heart sing.
Beyond their seasonal menu, Daily Oasis’s signature matcha drinks are also quite famous, which really caught my eye!
I noticed they offered a wide variety of matcha-infused items, such as Matcha Affogato, Matcha Latte, and Matcha Soufflé Pancakes. For the Dutch Baby, I appreciated being able to choose from various toppings like Plain, Nutella Banana, and Seasonal Fruit, to suit individual tastes. They also had a selection of bakery items, including Salt Bread, Tiramisu, and Roll Cake, which would be perfect for a simple treat alongside coffee.
My order
To get a taste of Daily Oasis’s signature offerings, we ordered the Seasonal Fruit Soufflé (Strawberry Soufflé), featuring fresh seasonal fruits, as well as Daily Oasis, their signature drink, and a Decaf Cold Brew.
Seasonal Fruit Soufflé (Strawberry) KRW 18,000
This strawberry soufflé was visually stunning, making my heart flutter from the first glance!
Piled generously on top of the fluffy, soft soufflé were fresh, vibrant strawberries.
The soufflé itself was warm and wonderfully tender, while the sweet and tangy strawberries created a truly heavenly combination.
When enjoyed with the accompanying strawberry sherbet and sauce, the flavor became even richer. The price was 18,000 KRW, which I consider reasonable given its fantastic presentation and delicious taste. Since soufflés take about 20-30 minutes to prepare after ordering, it’s best to allow yourself plenty of time when you order.
Decaf Cold Brew ₩6,000
Lately, I’ve been opting for caffeine-free drinks, so I tend to prefer cafes that offer decaf options. I was particularly pleased that Daily Oasis offers the option to switch their cold brew to decaf. The taste was almost indistinguishable from regular cold brew, and its clean, smooth flavor was superb. The low acidity was perfect for my palate. You can upgrade to decaf by adding just 500 won to the price of a regular cold brew.

Daily Oasis is one of their signature menu items! Since it shares the same name as the cafe, I figured it must be their representative drink, so I went ahead and ordered it.
The cute cactus cookie that came with the drink was super delicious too, haha. The drink’s flavor is just like a green tea latte! It’s not too sweet, and you can really taste the rich, deep green tea, which made it so incredibly delicious! My partner seemed to absolutely love it; they really enjoyed every bit of it, haha.
Daily Oasis, a cafe on Sharosu-gil, was truly satisfying in every aspect: ambiance, taste, and service. I loved being able to enjoy delicious desserts and drinks in its spacious and comfortable setting. Thanks to its Instagrammable interior, I was also able to capture many beautiful photos.
